REGULATIONS

Ecopark City Trail 2025 - Running in the middle of the green area

Ecopark City Trail 2025 (EPM 2025) is organized by residents and investors of Ecopark urban area, taking place on Monday, April 7, 2025 at Ecopark Urban Area, Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province with 04 competition distances:

Family Run - 3KM

Milestone - 6KM

Road Race - 11KM

City Trail - 21KM

I - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

1. Athletes who voluntarily participate in the EPM 2025 have and will consult and agree with the information, documents and competition rules provided by the Organizing Committee (OC).

2. Athletes must sign a waiver before participating in the EPM 2025

3. Athletes are aware that the EPM 2025 race is an activity that requires physical exertion and have made the necessary physical preparations to participate without harming their health. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible if athletes suffer physical or mental injuries during and after the race, including recurrent injuries or death.

4. Athletes must prove that they are 18 years of age or older and have completed registration with the Organizing Committee (OC).

5. If the Athlete is under 18 years old or is a person who has lost civil capacity, the Athlete must have a parent or legal guardian who agrees on behalf of the Athlete to the terms and conditions of the EPM 2025 race

6. Regulations on Athlete age:

All athletes participating in the 21km distance: Must be 16 years old or older on the day of the race. All athletes participating in the 11km distance: Must be 11 years old or older on the day of the race.

All athletes participating in the 6km distance: Must be 06 years old or older on the day of the race.

Athletes participating in the 03km distance: Must be 03 years old or older on the day of the race.

7. The Athlete must provide complete and accurate information to the Organizing Committee. If the Organizing Committee has reasonable grounds to doubt the accuracy of the registration information, the Organizing Committee has the right to refuse or terminate the athlete's registration.

8. After the registration is processed properly, the Organizing Committee will not refund the registration fee to the athlete for any reason.

9. The event participation fee will not be refunded in case the event is canceled due to force majeure (war, terrorism, fire, flood...) beyond the control of the Organizing Committee

II- REGULATIONS

1. Athletes must complete the registered route on their own within the allowed time.

21km distance: time limit is 3 hours 30 minutes

11km distance: time limit is 2 hours 30 minutes

06km distance: time limit is 1 hour 30 minutes

03km distance: time limit is 1 hour

2. Athletes are prohibited from using stimulants, drugs, and drugs that increase excitement before and during the competition (doping).

3. Athletes are not allowed to use or bring bicycles, skateboards, shoes with wheels, animals, or other motorized vehicles when participating in the race.

4. Athletes are not allowed to carry weapons or anything that can be used as a weapon on the race track.

5. The athlete's registration number (BIB number) must be worn straight on the front, outside the athlete's clothing and must be clearly visible at all times during the race.

6. Athletes must wear the BIB number provided by the Organizing Committee. Any individual who does not wear a BIB number/wears an invalid BIB number will not be recognized for their achievements/awards.

7. Athletes must not wear clothing that is inappropriate to public morals, incites crowds, is contrary to the provisions of the law, or goes against the spirit of sportsmanship.

8. Athletes must strictly comply with the instructions and directions of the Organizing Committee, volunteers and security guards of the race.

9. Athletes are responsible for running on the correct route announced by the Organizing Committee. It is the responsibility of the athlete to learn about the race route. Athletes are not allowed to leave the race track during the race. The Organizing Committee has the right to cancel the results at any time if it is discovered that the athlete does not run on the route announced by the Organizing Committee. All awards and titles of the competition are responsible for fully returning to the Organizing Committee if they are found to have violated the rules.

10. At locations where the timing chip mats are arranged, the athlete must run over the chip mats to have the results recorded. The Organizing Committee will not record the achievements and results if the athlete does not run over the timing mat.

11. Athletes must be present on time before the starting line as prescribed to participate in the competition. Athletes who start more than 15 minutes later than the starting time will not have their results and achievements recorded.

12. It is strictly forbidden to destroy the environment of the Ecopark urban area as well as littering during the competition. Athletes will be disqualified if they violate.

13. The event organizer has the right to use information provided by participants and images, event videos containing images and activities of athletes for the purposes of reporting and promoting the tournament.
